Lean Agile Exchange returned for a 3rd online event in April 2022 - the conference was centred on ways of working that get things done with teams, improving agility, productivity, engagement, and enjoyment. The event ran in the London timezone and welcomed professionals from all over the world.

Our themes included

Team Learning, Personal development, Coaching, Measurement, Flow, Remote/Teams, Feedback, Leadership, Building things, Thought exercises, Scaling, UX, Government. These were selected to help you work better as an individual, in a team, or at organisational scale.
A safe and fun place for our speakers and participants to share ideas, try something new, get feedback and engage with a knowledgeable, open minded audience. We have a Code of Conduct that describes expected behaviour.
